The Fanno Farmhouse is not open to the public, but you can schedule an appointment to tour the building for a potential event by calling 503/629-6355 (Jenkins Estate). That number is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Buffet/Open House Reception
Capacity in good weather: 75 guests
Capacity in inclement weather: 20 guests
- Socials (evening/weekends) = $300
- Pencil a preferred date on the calendar. Dates are held for two weeks without obligation.
- Schedule an appointment to tour the building (please note:our staff are located at the Jenkins Estate). To secure the date, pay 50 percent of the rental fee. If you need to cancel the date, please call the office. Refunds will be granted with 60 days notification prior to the event. There is a $4 processing fee for all refunds.
- Schedule wedding rehearsal time before your date (as applicable).
60 days prior to your event, schedule an appointment to do the following:
- Pay the remainder of your balance
- Pay the $200 damage deposit.
- Submit your "Responsible Party" document.
- Submit your layout plan.
- Submit Special Use Permit Form. THPRD requires servers who are licensed by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC).
- Provide insurance information. Proof of insurance must be on file by the clients or the caterer.
- Inform the office of the names and phone numbers of your service providers (caterer, florist, etc.).
- Inform all of your service providers of your rental time. Make sure that they know they will not have access to the Jenkins Estate before the scheduled rental time begins and must be packed up before the scheduled rental time ends. The renter will be charged for any extra time used.
