WEIGHT ROOM

Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 14 years old to use the weight room unsupervised.

Children 14-17 years old must have parental permission to use the weight room.  Parents can obtain the required waiver form at our front desk.

We offer a brief weight room orientation with one of our employees to familiarize you with our equipment.  Just call to set up an appointment.

Weight Room Equipment includes:

Circuit weight training machines
Cardio machines including treadmills and ellipticals
Stair climber
Stationary bike

Weight Room Scheduled Hours
Monday & Wednesdays:  7 a.m. - 9:45 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursdays:  6 a.m. - 6 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m.
 
Fridays:  6 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Saturdays:  8 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Sundays:  10 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Weight Room Closure Times for Classes
Monday and Wednesday:   6-7 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursday: 6-7 p.m.

Personal Training
During a one-hour session, our nationally certified personal trainers will help you develop an individualized exercise program and discuss basic nutrition, goals and individual limitations.  You may register for this program at any time by calling the center.
One session:  $41 ID
Three sessions:  $123 ID
Six sessions:  $231 ID 


Circuit Training Classes
Get an overall body workout by alternating cardio equipment with machine intervals.  The instructor will keep track of the intervals and assist with form.  We offer circuit training classes each term. Please go to activity/class search for specific class information.
