Cedar Hills Recreation Center Safety Town Program Safety Town is a comprehensive educational program that introduces s  afety awareness and preventive procedures to preschool children. Children learn through involvement with staff, teen volunteers and uniformed personnel. Cedar Hills Safety Town is officially registered, accredited and certified by the National Safety Town Center. This program is available 2009 summer term. (Both morning and afternoon sessions will be available.) Interested student volunteers are encouraged to call the center for an application. Positions are available to students who have completed sixth grade and above. It's a great way for students to develop leadership skills and gain valuable work experience.
