TEEN/ADULT FITNESS

If you are looking for a fitness program, think about this...

Our classes are taught by certified fitness professionals.

We offer you a variety of class options.

Our class sizes allow for lots of personal attention.

Much thought and planning goes into the progress of each student.

Weight room orientations: During a private one-hour appointment with one of our trainers, you will learn the proper techniques for using our weight room equipment. You'll also be provided a basic program to get you started. Orientations are available throughout the term. Please allow 10 days for the personal trainer to schedule an appointment with you. $36 ID

Office Hours: Drop in with questions for the personal trainer in the weight room; sessions are limited to 10 minutes when someone is waiting. Call 503/629-6340 to check on current office hour times.

Personal Training: Come in for a private appointment with the trainer to customize your fitness program. Days and times are to be arranged. One, hour-long session is $41 ID.

Drop-in aerobics: Tickets may be purchased for $4.50 ID, $13.50 OD per class on space availability. These tickets should be purchased in the office and given to the instructor prior to class. 
Pilates: $7 ID / $21 OD
